BioInfoLogics is a bioinformatics team developing tools and algorithms to analyse genomics data, based at Earlham Institute in Norwich, UK, led by Bernardo J. Clavijo. Our research includes genome assembly, NGS quality control, synteny-based genome alignment, and sequence comparisson.
We apply our tools to solve biological problems including: assembly of complex genomes such as those of bread wheat and strawberry, multi-genome representation and analysis, and integration of genomic and genetic datasets.
